After a couple of projects together, Piramal Realty commissioned us to create the interactive customer journey for their latest luxury product.
Our multi touch-point solution provided a stylish presentation of the developer and brought the development’s USPs to life. The result was a digital sales kit empowered by touch screens, iPads, and an immersive room with remote controlled environment.
We developed the device layout and information architecture to cater to multiple occasions, ranging from ad-hoc visits by couples to large channel partner events.
The extensive breadth of content coupled with a beautifully animated user interface allowed sales representatives to quickly respond to questions as they arise.
